Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to secure all appointments.
I’m happy to cancel or reschedule any appointment 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. If a cancellation request is not made before the 48 hours, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service. No-Show and day of cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service scheduled.
To ensure all clients in my chair have the best experience, any late arrivals (15 minutes or more) will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and will have to reschedule their appointment to another day.
